Splash into Kindergarten
Splash into Kindergarten is a unique program designed by our Kindergarten teachers. The purpose of the program is to orient our incoming students and prepare them for the first day of school. We began this program in August of 2017 and we saw a much more relaxed, happier, and confident group of kindergarten students arrive on the first day of school. We plan to make this an annual event. The experience is for four days (Monday-Thursday) usually the last week of July/first week of August. Students attend from 9:00-11:00am. They meet all of the kindergarten teachers and engage in fun activities to get to know one another and learn a little about what to expect when they come to school.
